Warm tips: Dear buyer, this is a set complete tool combination, the optical fiber cleaver 5km test pen and Optical Power Meter manual is in Chinese and English, the angle of the optical fiber cutter is within 1 degree, but it can only be used for FTTH cold connection and quick connector, it can not be used for splicing. There are no instructions for other products, but they are easy to use. For the sake of safety, we will not pack the battery in the package, please note. Thank you !
