(3) The iron plate features an integrated molding made of thickened SPCC cold-rolled steel with dust-free electrostatic spraying.

(4) The module jacks utilize 8-pin phosphor bronze pins with extra-thick gold plating, supporting ≥1,500 mating cycles, compliant with IEC 60512, Test 9a.

(5) IDC terminals are made of phosphor bronze with over 80µ" nickel plating, supporting ≥250 termination cycles, suitable for 22–26 AWG solid and stranded wires.

(6) Insertion & extraction force: N < 20 (maximum rate: 50 mm/min), compliant with IEC 60512-13-2.
